This is a very small, but newly renovated tiny house! 12' x 16' one room, queen bed, nice size shower and toilet with barn door for privacy in bathroom. Sit-up bar with two stools, smart TV with electric fireplace in the corner gives it a touch of romance! Loveseat with ottoman. Small loft that kids could sleep in for short stays. Small coffee pot, under counter fridge, and nice size mirror over farm sink.

Each bedroom includes fans and white noise machines. We take pride in offering a clean, uncluttered space with only what we personally enjoy. Clean, calm, and cozy!

The kitchen is fully stocked and you can park in the 2-car garage. Plus we have added a large hot tub to the back patio and a privacy fence.
