Cosy by the Sea

We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

This self-contained unit is located less than a 10 min walk from New Plymouth town and costal walkway. It boasts a warm cosy space with all the amenities you need. It has a separate entrance from the main home allowing for more privacy with its own bathroom and kitchenette (with microwave, two elements, fridge, kettle and toaster). This recently redecorated two bedroom apartment (sorry, not suitable for small children) is 3-4 minutes walk to the magnificent Pukekura Park, and 1-2 minutes walk to shops and takeaways. 1km to CBD and 1.5km to coastal walkway. Down a short right-of-way, with no road noise, this apartment would suit a couple or two individuals. You will love this location and the private section. No cleaning charge.
