Conveniently located in the midtown area of Little Rock and with attention to both design and comfort, this home is ready to host you and your family. We welcome house-trained pets (with a $35 pet deposit) to the home and fully fenced in backyard. The home accommodates up to six guests in its 3 bed/2bath space and offers an open floorpan and an extra living area so you'll have plenty of room to relax. Please note that the backyard is accessed by a flight of stairs off the dining room deck.

Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful little studio cottage. Not far from Little Rock In the city of Alexander/Bryant. Three miles from Carters off road park. Very cozy personal little cottage backed by the woods. Comfortable adjustable full size bed for a great night sleep. Will accommodate one or two people. Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

The Historic Mockingbird @ChesterNests

Welcome to The Mockingbird at Chester Nests! The Mockingbird is located in a historic double shotgun style duplex located in the Governor's Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. This historic property was built in 1939 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. The Mockingbird makes up half of the duplex and is fully self-contained with its own private entrances and back deck.
