My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Our wonderful house is truly a Mountain Majesty! It sits on the side of a mountain with a million dollar view! It is close to "Mayberry!", aka Mount Airy for which the show was named for. You’ll love our place because of the privacy, the comfy beds, the coziness, the porches, the high ceilings, the hot tub, the décor, the wildlife, the location and most importantly the VIEW!! The Dan River House

The house is just a short walk from Dan River, which can be easily viewed from the front porch. Surrounded by grassy fields which border the river, relax and unwind. Bring your own fishing equipment and tubes and let the fun begin. Take a hike or a leisurely walk. The night sky is great for stargazing or sitting on the porch listening to the tranquil sounds of the river. On cool nights snuggle by the fireplace, read a book, watch a little TV or play your favorite board games.
