Villa Poduniz is a new built semi detached villa situated in the town of Punat, island of Krk. It is a small resort just 8km from town of Krk and 65km from Rijeka. Villa is located in a quiet area close to the sea and beaches, but still with a lot of privacy. The house is facing the sea and has a great sea view. In front of the house there is a barbecue available together with an outdoor dinning area. The garden with olive trees gives you the perfect Mediterranean outdoor experience!

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
