This is a 16th-century mansion house that is located in one of the most picturesque spots of the old market in Parikia. Right next to the Frankish Castle. The house is 120m2 very bright and has all the comforts to accommodate up to 5 adults. It is located on the 1st floor consisting of two bedrooms, one living room with dining area, one bathroom, one fully equipped kitchen, one spacious living room with a sofa bed and two balconies with view to the traditional market.

Νεοκλασικό αρχοντικό του 1852. Μέσα στο Ιστορικό κέντρο της Ερμούπολης. Η Μίνι Σουίτα, διαμορφώθηκε με αγάπη, στον πιο φωτεινό χώρο του κτιρίου με τις πιο σύγχρονες ανέσεις για να προσφέρει μία αξέχαστη διαμονή. Το Καπετανέικο του Ρίζου

Το διατηρητέο, λιθόκτιστο, πλατυμέτωπο (καπετανέικο) “κόκκινο σπίτι” του καπετάν-Ρίζου, καραβοκύρη της εποχής, δεσπόζει στο κανάλι του Πόρου από το 1851 και έχει φτάσει πλέον στην 6η γενιά της οικογένειας. Ένα σπίτι γεμάτο ιστορία και αναμνήσεις που έχουν μείνει ζωντανές από γενιά σε γενιά. Στο σπίτι αυτό πέρασε καλοκαίρια της ζωής του και ο ποιητής Κωστής Παλαμάς.
