Barn Studio On Aubrey

Our serene studio is a welcoming & cosy home away from home. Independent from our main house with its own entry & off-street parking , the open plan living area includes a full kitchen and opens onto a private outdoor setting with BBQ. Décor is modern with natural colours and the woodburner makes your stay comfortable all year round. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with ensuite and in the morning you can listen to the birds while supping on a complimentary tea, coffee or hot choc.

Spectacular views, townhouse

Spectacular views and everything you need for a perfect holiday. With 2 heat pumps to keep you cosy in winter our house is suitable for a couple or a family group, away from the hustle and bustle of town and yet close enough to stroll in to the centre. Guests (and pets) of all ages are very welcome, a travel cot and high chair are available. Secure double garaging with remote control access. Please note the garage is standard height (1.95M) - will not accommodate a high top van/people mover.

Cabbage tree cottage

The cabbage tree cottage is located in Luggate just out of Wanaka the cottage is on our property where our family lives we have 2 kids a super friendly dog + 2 chickens. The cottage is in front of our main house we always respect our guests privacy yet we are here if they need anything. Luggate is a 10 min drive to lake Wanaka it is a cute community close to the Clutha river and beautiful walking tracks The historic luggate pub is just a short walk down the road offering meals and drinks .

Kanuka Cabin with stunning views and spa

What a view! The stunning setting for this warm and brand new cabin overlooks magnificent views of Mount Gold, Burke, and Maude as well as the lush valley floor. This modern cabin with a hint of rustic decor, a private spa, a covered outside shower, makes for a great ski cabin in winter. The cabin boasts serenity, nestled above the native Kanuka, as well as tranquility and luxury as you soak under the brilliant. It's a 10-minute drive to Wanaka, and 7k's to Albertown.

Your very own wood fired hot tub available during your stay. 10 minutes drive from central Cromwell. 30 minutes drive from Wanaka and 55 minutes drive from Queenstown.

Sunny warm spacious upstairs studio apartment with incredible mountain and lake views. Extremely quiet peaceful area, one street back from lake, 5 mins drive from town centre. 200m walk to lake for swimming and access to walking/cycling trails. Best suited to people wanting a modern , immaculate space in a prime lake location with jaw dropping view. Also suitable for families as huge 1400m section with large lawn and spring free trampoline keeps kids entertained.

A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise.

Peaceful Cabin at Bills Way

Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills. Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided. Pets welcome by negotiation (we have two ourselves).
