The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

Lake Talquin Lunker Lodge

Lake Talquin Lunker Lodge is a vacation rental on a spacious waterfront property with a private dock, covered boat slip, free parking, and everything to make you comfortable: 1 large bedroom, 1 bathroom, open concept design of cozy living room with nice dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor patio grill. You will love your morning coffee on a screened porch listening to birds in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. A lighted dock with "mancave" provides access to 24-hour fishing.

Home away from home Northside charmer suite

Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

Little House on Broughton Downtown Bainbridge Stay

Located just four blocks from beautiful downtown Bainbridge, this one bedroom, one bath historic shotgun house was recently moved to Broughton Street from across town and fully renovated by your host. Enjoy a taste of an original tiny home with big personality! Home includes free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and tips from your host on favorite local stops. Pet friendly stay perfect for walks through historic downtown Bainbridge for pets under 50 pounds with a $75 pet fee.

Cozy cabin located on the Ocklocknee River inside Riverfront campground. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway. Kayak rentals are available for $50 Feel free to message for any other questions! Excellent fishing year round boat launch on property. Lake Talquin less than 5 miles away. FSU and Tallahassee are about 30 minutes away. $50.00 security deposit for unseen damage after cabin inspection if everything looks good you will get refund.

Talquin Tranquility - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms Waterfront Home (Sleeps 6 plus sofa bed) Enjoy year-round activities at this peaceful lakeside cottage, well maintained and immaculately clean, with a bulk-headed waterfront and boat house to protect your boat. Always ready for short weekend stays or longer fishing expeditions. Small Dogs are allowed with prior permission, but a refundable pet deposit of $100 is required.

Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational farm. All profits go toward supporting the mission of the farm. Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bouncing bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a bumpy dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking and hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique tiny home in a garden setting. Quiet and private neighborhood. Our Tiny House space is perfect for one guest and cozy for two. We are located about 8 miles (15 to 20 minutes by car) from the Forida Capitol Building and the FSU Campus. We offer a 15% discount for bookings of 7 days or more, and 40% discount for 28 days or more.
