A restored 70’s beach shack perched on the edge of Deep Creek National Park. Designed to maximise its natural surroundings: relax in the hammock, cook over coals in the fire pit, sleep deeply in cozy French-linen beds, or bathe beneath the night sky. Endless possibilities await—but you won’t want to wake from your own Tangerine Dream.

Duckcottage: quaint stone cottage

Duckcottage is a five room stone settlers cottage built in 1853 on five acres of bushland at Second Valley. The property is now a refuge for wildlife so it is NOT suitable for dogs or cats. We call it 'duck' cottage because of the height of the doorways. It has been lovingly restored, and the habitat for birds and native animals has been established through revegetation. The property is secluded (there are no neighbours in sight) but it is a short drive to the beach.

A cosy, curated cottage with a rustic vibe, Ode to the Orchard is surrounded by the Adelaide Hills’ finest wineries and sits high on 16 acres.
