This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. Only 13 miles from the south gate of Yosemite, this beautiful creek side home with a waterfall was once the original art studio home of a well known Yosemite Landscape Artist.
