You have to see Sunset Villa for yourself! Sunset Villa is a stunning one bedroom studio with kitchenette, in a gated community, offering resort like amenities with amazing views! You will have access to The Clubhouse bar and restaurant (open seasonally), the game room including a pool and ping pong table and big screen television, sunset terrace, and community pool. Sunset villa has a private entrance and large windows so you can take in the view. You will not be disappointed!

Cute 2/1 apartment located on the quieter side. (Northside) Walking distance to Hull Bay Beach (Downhill there, uphill back) “Nomads” and “The Shack” are super convenient to grab a bite/drink while at Hull Bay Beach. “Fish Bar” is super close too, it’s so good! . A/C in both bedrooms. The two twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted into a king bed if preferred. Queen air mattress and pack n play available upon request! Side note : I recommend renting a vehicle.

Seabreeze Cottage with private pool

The cottage is conveniently located two minutes to the town of Cruz bay and five minutes to National Park. It’s surrounded by lush landscape and gated property. The cottage is fully AC, covered patio, a private pool, outdoor bbq covered patio. AN ENTIRE COTTAGE BACK UP GENERATOR FOR POWER OUTAGES one of a few offer on the island. It will be helpful when the grid goes down of which occurs quite often. You can still have the comfort without any interruption.

Mar Brisa

This unique space includes one bedroom with one bath and an outdoor shower. There is a small dorm fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You will need to bring paper goods for light meals. We will supply coffee mugs and cutlery. Walk out the door and down the path to go to the beach. We are very close. Just go down once you make a right at bottom of our path. We have some masks and fins to use. Also other water toys. Ask if you want to use.

It is super easy to get around by foot. It’s a short 10 minute walk to Water island ferry and Honeymoon Beach. Our beautiful Rustic and magical cottages are super private with ocean views.
