The Hobbit Hole at Mooney’s Place

The Hobbit Hole is a TINY (~100 SF) studio apartment with LOW CEILINGS and a double bed. It’s located in the heart of Manitou Springs at the foot of Pikes Peak, a short walk from Miramont Castle, the Manitou Incline, the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, numerous hiking trails, several naturally effervescent mineral springs, and many shops & restaurants. The Hobbit Hole has room for 1-2 hobbits and 1 small-medium vehicle. Large trucks and SUVs may not fit. Approved by Manitou Springs under MiCUP 1907.

There is often wildlife to be seen such as birds, squirrels, deer, also birds, bees and a few bugs. There’s a tree that provides a shaded area, and chairs to sit on and relax and enjoy outside. We love our neighbors down the alley. One of our neighbors builds tiny homes!

Little House In Manitou is located on Ruxton Avenue, just a short distance from awesome hiking, 5 minutes to the Manitou Incline, the Pikes Peak Cog Railway and the Iron Springs Chateau.
