You will have easy access to the pond and river. Seeing elk and bald eagle are common, especially during fall and winter. Please read all listing information and photos to make sure this is the right fit for you. The hosts live on the property, but your privacy is priority. Higher clearance vehicles are suggested.

The Cabin is located on a working ranch hub alongside "The Barndominium" and our workshop. Relish in this beautiful, peaceful country area with breathtaking sunsets and sunrises! Cell phones work!

If you've ever wanted to experience living in a tiny home while fishing from the backyard come stay here! The second bedroom is a beautiful loft in this 6 year old 900 sq ft lakefront retreat. Cute Athens is only 5 miles away, and Canton's First Monday is 30 miles away. After a fun day of fishing, kayaking, SUP races, swimming in the lake, pedal boating, feeding the ducks, cornhole, or frisbee throwing enjoy a gorgeous east TX sunset with your favorite beverage and then a fire with s'mores.

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Take it easy relaxing in the hammock of our solar secret garden, recharge with a bubble bath and a stint in our infrared sauna; or hang out at either of our two fire pits listening to my retro vinyl collection.
