Northern Lights Villa

5 min from the city and 15 min from center we have just finished our house at a wonderful quiet location. The surroundings during summertime are birds forrest and berries. Lake very close by. During wintermonths we have the privilege of a private show of the world famous northern lights. Some bus drivers know about this spot and sometimes they bring their passengers to our neighbourhood to enjoy the show. In the master bedroom we have a big window in the roof to be able to watch and stay warm.

The house is situated in a nice, elegant suburb 10 minutes from down town Reykjavík and 30 minutes from the airport. It has got spectacular views and is surrounded by nature. You can find nice hiking trails from the house with breathtaking views of magical mountains. Our garden is wonderful and because of its trees it has got less wind than what is normal in Iceland. We offer beds with comfortable matresses, wonderful pillows and duvets, clean sheets and towels. Wifi and 5 parking spots.

This house is located on a two hectar land, the house is 250 square meters. It offers total privacy and is surrounded by trees and mountains in a valley called Reykjadalur. It feels like being in the country and is only 15 min drive to city center.This is one of the most beautiful, peaceful spots in the outskirts of Reykjavik. The mountains and hills surrounding the place offer hiking paths. Also you will find a small river near by with a walking path along it. There is also a hottub.
