Located within one mile of Asbury Seminary and University, our space is ideally suited for commuting students, out-of-town guests, or folks visiting the beautiful Bluegrass region. Our home is a 15-minute walk from the campuses and business district. Enjoy this peaceful and centrally-located apartment. Across the street from the historic Henry Clay estate. Just a few miles from Rupp arena, Uk, stadium and downtown. A short drive to the horse park. Walking distance to restaurants. There is a $50 per pet fee. Please be sure to include pet in your booking. This is a one bedroom with a queen bed. The couch folds into a sleeper and there are curtains for privacy.. Street parking only. The back and driveway are our private areas

The Carriage Inn - 1-bdrm apt in historic downtown

Centrally located in historic downtown Winchester with views of the county courthouse. Apartment is upstairs in a building that was originally used as a carriage repair shop. It is within walking distance to lots of unique shops and restaurants and the Bluegrass Heritage Museum. Walk or drive to the Farmers Market (seasonal) on historic Depot Street on Saturday mornings. The Red River Gorge/Natural Bridge area is 40 minutes east. Lexington is a short 20-30 minutes west.

Inside my historical home on a beautiful street in downtown Lexington. Located walking distance to many attractions. *Do not book if live in the Lexington Area without my approval. *Must be 21 years old to book *Free street parking *I allow 3 guests with added fee but do not recommend for more than 2 days. *My prices have gone up only because I have had bad luck with the guests that have booked with lower prices. I do now give discounts to my 5 star repeat guests!

This beautiful historic home in downtown Lexington is just a few minutes walk to several downtown attractions, Transylvania University, countless delicious local cafes and bars, a 20 minute walk to Rupp Arena and 25 minute walk to The University of Kentucky. The area is loaded with charm, the neighborhood is full of victorian architecture, and a park sits less than a block away. It is a 15 minute drive to the Kentucky Horse Park and 14 minute drive to Keeneland.
