It is a very private timber cabin with a barbecue/fire pit as its centre. The seats convert easily from a comfortable cooking, eating and lounging area into three single beds. The cooker/burner will keep you warm all night. You will have 24hr exclusive access to the toilet and shower room about 10 metres from the cabin.

Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below. The cottage dates back to the `17th century and is full of charm and character with old oak beams in living room and bedroom and is situated in the heart of the famous 3 peaks Pen-y-Ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside. The |Settle to Carlisle railway runs near the cottage and station is only 6 minutes walk away. The village has two public houses The Crown and Golden Lion both within waking distance.
