The house is also in close proximity to three parks if you are a runner or just enjoy the outdoors.

Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)
