We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Holiday House Ursa with heated pool, 700m to beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Fully equipped and nicely furnished, this house is a perfect choice for your vacation!

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
