Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u modernom stilu i terasom je okrenut prema istoku što vam omogućuje prekrasan pogled na izlazak sunca. Terasa sa jacuzijem sa koje se pruža prekrasan pogled na more i planine pružit će vam nezaboravan odmor zbog svoje mirne okoline. Plaže su udaljene 5 minuta vožnje autom, dućan je isto u blizini, kao i nekolicina dobrih restorana. Kuca La Providenca nalazi se u mirnom dijelu grada.Udaljena je od najbliže pješćane plaže 3,5 km. U okolici nalazi se puno markiranih pješaćkih i biciklističkih staza. U vrtu se nalazi velika hidromasažna kada sa sunčalištem i vanjska kuhinja, toalet i IC sauna za hladnije dane. Uz kuću je i spremište za sportsku opremu. Outside you will find a heated pool, terrace, seating set , sun loungers, a BBQ and an outdoor dining area. This accommodation is for a maximum of 8 people. The villa has spacious living room, kitchen and a newly built sauna. On the first floor are three en suite bathrooms and rooms with balconies. There is a separate apartment with kitchen and bathroom right next to the house at your disposal.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
