Set on the Brecon canal "Poppy's Pad" is a new modern luxury studio apartment with a private entrance set on the canal bank. Located above a community pub which welcomes families, dogs and couples. Sarah Keefe and husband, Damian, welcome you to Heartsease Bed & Breakfast. We are on the Wye Valley Walk, between Hereford & Hay-on-Wye. Your room is light and airy with views onto the cottage garden. There is a King sized bed (with electric blanket or duvet), settee, ensuite toilet and private upstairs bathroom leading from the bedroom. Continental breakfast is served in our farmhouse kitchen (Cooked available at £5 per person). Over breakfast you can enjoy wonderful views to the hills.

The room has it's own private entrance and is separate to the owners house. This comfortable room in a large Victorian house comes with private bathroom, kettle and micro-fridge. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre and lake, which has kayaks, SUPs, peddle-boats, cafe etc. A continental breakfast is included, and use of the kitchen for evening meals by arrangement. I have a small friendly dog called Libby. Other dogs are generally welcome but please discuss before booking. Vegan and vegetarian friendly. Lots of nice walks in the surrounding area.

The kitchen offers you the facilities to cook up a storm . A private garden with a patio looks out onto the estates working Walled Garden.
