The Stables

Situated in Rowland Flat on a three-acre property, the stone cottage was the original tack and feed rooms for Mr Rowland's stables. Separated by a courtyard the stables are now the home of the host. The cottage is comprised of a truly delightful bedroom with an antique double bed with stunning garden views; comfortable lounge room with TV/DVD, CD/radio, books and games; light and open equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, large electric frying pan and breakfast bar overlooking gardens through french windows (provisions for continental breakfast); the bathroom has both separate shower and claw foot slipper bath, toilet and vanity. R/c air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout. Access from the cottage to your own verandah with garden spilling over…serenity…the perfect spot for breakfast, coffee or bottle of local wine. Enjoy walks through our vineyard and paddocks and come across surprises such as our free-range chooks, wood fire pizza oven, an array of interesting seating and more. Incredible views across the valley floor to the imposing ranges or, bordering our property, the beguiling North Para River (in winter a roaring, cascading joy to behold or in summer the rock based riverbed allows access to caves, a geologists delight) and the birdlife is bountiful. Use of the swimming pool is available in the warmer months.

The Library Loft- retreat: City/sea views & pool.

Stay in our spacious loft. NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private ( this is our residence, we live here). Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Not suitable for children.

Funday Farm Adelaide Hills

It's completely impossible to be bored here (-: From walking through the 28 acres of heritage listed forrest, swimming in the pool or dam, playing or learning guitar, the drums, the piano or just playing games in the games room, skating or scootering on the full size skate ramp, visiting the winery next door, working out in our alfresco gym or just relaxing upstairs with the view or downstairs with the most comprehensive BBQ setup in the country. You will, (as we do) love every minute here.

Renmark River Villas "The Potter Villa" -with pool

Privately owned and operated, "The Potter Villa" is a 3 bedroom villa and is one of 4 villas that we offer on James Avenue, Renmark. All are situated across the road from the river and only a short stroll to the town. Self-contained, ducted a/c and undercover area with bbq. Secure parking for 2 cars &/or boat. When one large group occupies more than one villa adjacent to one another, we can unlock the rear gate so that guests can have easy access between the alfresco areas and pool.

Rollingsview.... a country escape

Rollingsview is a family run hobby farm set on 28 acres. Located 45 mins from Adelaide CBD and 10 mins from Mt Barker. Free breakfast is provided because bnb stands for bed and breakfast! Come and enjoy waking up to the sounds of the kookaburra and other native birds, and take in the red gummed views of Highland Valley. We have many animals for you to meet, as well as invigorating local walks and scenic country drives to vineyards and local surrounds.
