World class fly fishing in a blue ribbon trout river, boat launch and Hobo Hot Springs are right outside the door. Hot springs are free and open 24/7. Saratoga Lake is only 2 miles away. It is a perfect haven for outdoor fun and retreat. Located only four blocks from downtown. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse.
