Get away to a lakefront retreat in beautiful southern NH! Enjoy our 1 bedroom unit that is part of a gorgeous 3 family waterfront home. This suite comes complete with a thoughtfully decorated living room, a stocked kitchen, and furnished with a queen-sized bed and an air mattress upon request. Enjoy free shared lake access! It is 8 minutes from I-93 and a short drive to Canobie Lake Park, Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White Mountains.

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Everything you need is within walking distance; shopping, grocery, dining, lake, short drive/ride to beach. The space is about 900sqft; 1 bathroom, king bedroom, queen bedroom, queen pull-out couch, and an additional room in which a twin bed can be put (upon request). It will comfortably hold 4 adults, but will accommodate up to 7.
