Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Cozy EP cottage close to Main Street, the Stanley and Rocky Mountain National Park. 2 bedrooms 1 bath in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to enjoy downtown EP yet experience the wildlife of Estes. There is no smoking at the cottage either inside or out. If you, or one of your guests smoke please choose different accommodations. The cottage does have a garage/basement however parking in the garage is prohibited due to the tight fit.

This cottage has a private 10'x16' deck with an outdoor table and seating for two. The cottage sleeps up to 4, including infants/children (1 King bed, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa). This is our smallest cottage at 325 sq ft. We're conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park and 3.5 miles from RMNP.
