A brand new 2-room apartment (50 m2) with balcony in high class building located nearby lake and river, 1 km from center. This apartment can accommodate up to four people. The price includes departure cleaning and linen. Apartment is available on the day of arrival as agreed.
Apartment consists of a living-room with dining area and sofa (sofa bed 120 cm). A separate bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed for 2. We also have one air bed so the accommodation capacity can also be up to 4 persons.
A modern and spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as electric stove+oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric water kettle, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and dinner set and cutlery for 6 persons.
The bathroom is equipped with washing machine and sauna. We also offer 55 inches Flat Screen TV in living room.
