1) I'm afraid no where in the advert, house guide, or in emails have I said your room is cleaned twice a week. I do however, in your check in guide, say the communal areas are cleaned twice a week. I think this is a misunderstanding.
2) On the day you moved out my cleaner found that someone had broken the shower. No one reported this and we had to find it ourselves. It was fixed on the same day that we found the problem.
3) You didn't contact me once during your stay to say there is an issue with your window. No previous guest has reported an issue with the window. Unfortunately I don't know what 'isolated properly' means.
For your next AirBnB experience, please read your host communication and the advert clearly, and do let your host know if you have any problems during your stay, and not after and then you should find the experience more enjoyable for yourself and your host. Thank you.
