The flat is on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the river Avon in a village halfway between Coventry and Rugby. Within walking distance are fishing, horse riding, walking, pubs, restaurants, local shops & bus stops. Nearby are several theatres, cinemas, riding stables, museums, leisure facilities, soft play areas, castles, nature reserves, universities & more. There are takeaways and a variety of supermarkets within 1 to 2 miles. Rental prices are seasonal with weekly/monthly rates.
There is a 365-day bed that pulls down, sofa, breakfast bar, washing machine/dryer, fridge and full cooking facilities including oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and utensils. Linen and towels are provided. The shower room is separate from the toilet and sink.
The balcony overlooks the garden, a railway bridge and river. There is a swing seat in the garden and many garden birds plus moorhens, mallards and swans are regular visitors. There is private parking and a popular village pub over the road. There are other pubs within walking distance plus a fish and chip shop.

The flat is close to a Robert Stephenson railway bridge. A minority of tenants have commented that they do not like the effect of the trains, others do not notice the trains after the first few.
The flat is no smoking. No pets allowed. Babies are welcome, a cot and high chair can be provided, but it is too small for children.
