Scalpsie Farm is located on the Isle of Bute,
and surrounded by stunning landscape and beautiful scenery.
Only a 5 minute walk down the track is Scalpsie Beach, which you can see from the Bedrooms and the Kitchen as well! Discover our beautiful Isle!
Comfortable Farmhouse with generous sized rooms.
The Kitchen/Living room area is featured with a Log burner and a beautiful bay window out looking over Scalpsie Bay.
Bedroom 1 is a large king sized bedroom with featured fireplace and double window.
Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom which can be converted to a super king size bed.
Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom also featuring an original fireplace.
All bedrooms have great seaside views!
The upstairs bathroom has WC, sink and a generous bath with overhead shower.
The downstairs bathroom has WC, sink and shower.
Biomass central heating and recycling facilities.
Parking for two cars.
Walled garden with generous lawn and sitting area.
Access will be from the front of the house, via the garden, only.

We will be at hand to answer any questions and will aim make every stay a great stay.
We welcome dogs as long as they are kept off the furniture and also kept downstairs. Dogs are not be left alone in the house either. If guests do want to leave their dogs, their may be a dog sitting facility available. Please feel free to enquire with us.
Please remember that the House is situated in a working Farm, which means all dogs have to be kept on a lead around livestock.
Please clean up after your dog, we don't really want to remind our guests of good manners. The garden is not meant to be a dog toilet.
The Internet usage is limited to 1 GB , should a guest exceed the usage of 1 GB we will unfortunately have to charge 5£ per extra GB used.
Logs: Depending on stay and time of year 1 to 2 baskets of Logs are free. After that we will have to charge 10£ per basket of logs.
Please remember this is a working farm and without permission the grounds and sheds shall not be entered. Do not touch animals or equipment without permission.
Children should be supervised at all times.
