Beautifully presented modern fully equipped garden studio flat , very well located for transport links . Newly refurbished and interior designed in a Victorian house conversion about 5 min walk from Leyton underground station ,which is very convenient for getting into central London ( Leyton station - Oxford Circus station in 22 minutes ) + very close to Stratford International train / bus stations and Westfield Shopping Centre (10-13 min walk ).

Situated in Leyton/ Leytonstone border in one of the most up and coming areas in London due to the regeneration that took place prior to the Olympic Games ( and it's still ongoing ) . Access to central London via tube in 20 min, plus the added benefit of the biggest shopping centre in Europe being only few minutes away ( by public transport ) or 10 min by leisurely walk .

Hi , we live in the UK but originally come from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Currently we are busy working as property developers , buying run down flats and houses which we then renovate and rent or sell . We very much enjoy our jobs ( Emir does all the hard work while I design the interior choosing furnishings , colours and such ) . We love travelling and discovering new places . Our 'mission' is to try and see as much of the world as possible , and we like to use Airbnb when choosing our accommodation .
