ACE (Absolute Central Echuca) is a beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Featuring 5 separate sleeping areas which includes the rumpus room in the bedroom wing. Quality Hotel Laundered Linen is provided.
Two port-a-cots and two highchairs provided.
Recommended occupant maximum is 11.

Kick back and relax in the bright and airy living/ meals area which has a stunning gas log fireplace. Or flick on the Sony smart TV in the living room.
In addition there is a separate rumpus room with a huge TV/DVD player and loads of toys, board games and books perfect for kids - feel free to bring your games console or casting device for the rumpus room tv.

Ducted Heating and Evaporative Cooling throughout keep you comfortable year round.

High ceilings and polished timber floors spill into the modern open plan kitchen/dining area which boasts glorious natural light. The property opens up onto a superbly decked covered outdoor entertainment area perfect for wining and dining with family and friends. A Webber Family BBQ is ready for cooking up your family feast. A fully equipped kitchen is also at your disposal. Expresso Machine and Pods Provided. Modern fully equipped laundry facilities.

BATHE

A large modern ensuite and walk in wardrobe is located off the main bedroom. Or have a relaxing soak in the big tub in the main bathroom. There is also another separate toilet.

RELAX AND PLAY

The secure private and secluded north facing rear yard features a striking fully fenced solar heated 8x4 metre self cleaning pool with lighting, hot outdoor shower, extensive undercover decking, fans, immaculate grassed gardens complete with a kids cubby house, shaded sandpit and slide.

PARKING

Ideal for families and large groups. With its three space carport as well as secure side drive and garage suitable for jet skis.

LOCATION

Located in Echuca's best residential area a short stroll from Coles and the Cinemas at the end of the street - you can leave the car at home. The back 9 golf course and Campaspe River is 200 metres away. It is a pleasant 8 minute stroll to the main shopping strip, cafes and cinema 10 - 15 minutes to walk to the Port area. Bring the kids scooters!


PARTIES

There is a strict no party policy as this property is located within a quiet residential area - if you are planning a party this is not the property for you. Young single sex groups, footy/netball trips and large groups aged 28 and under are not accommodated at this property.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HENS, BUCKS, SPORTING GROUPS, SCHOOLIES OR PARTY GROUPS. ADDITIONALLY WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY GROUPS UNDER 28 YEARS OF AGE. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF YOU FIT INTO ANY GROUP ABOVE. WE HAVE AN ABSOLUTE NO NOISE AND PARTY POLICY.

UNAUTHORISED GUESTS AND VISITORS
Visitors to the property must be limited to 3 and the host must be notified if you intend on having people visit/come for a BBQ or a swim etc PRIOR to their arrival. If extra visitors do attend to use our facilities they are charged at a rate of $50 each per day. No more than 11 people can be at the property at any time without written permission from the owner. No one can stay overnight beyond booked people. To be clear - We do monitor the front security camera regarding guest numbers and appreciate the honestly and cooperation of our guests.
ANY BREAK OF THESE CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN GUESTS BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND CHARGES BEING LODGED AGAINST YOUR BOND VIA AIRBNB.

BOOKING
Ace can be booked directly through our own website at ace echuca holiday house. We are also very happy to answer any questions you might have by emailing or calling us.

Bond: A $1000 bond is payable on all bookings and will be refunded as soon as the property condition and number of guests who stayed is approved by the property manager. A higher bond at the owners discretion may be payable for some groups.

We reserve the right to charge a fee, as determined by the cleaner for extra time taken to clean if the house is left in an abnormally messy and/or dirty state. (Including unwashed dishes/bbq). Otherwise cleaning and linen/towels is included in the nightly rate.

DIRECTIONS

Located right in the centre of Echuca. Turn left off High Street into Tyler Street (Corner of the Georgian Motor Inn) near the back of COLES - half way down on the right and you have arrived. Easy!!

Standard Arrival Time 1500 hrs Departure Time 1000 hrs. We are flexible with these times if the property is not booked either side.

Strictly no pets. This is a quiet residential area - if you are planning a party this is not the property for you.
