We are Villa-1 of the Bluewater Resort located at 2001 South Ocean Blvd. Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Our building is located across the street from the beach.

From our unit you have an un-obstructed view of the ocean from the corner units. There is a nice balcony from where you can enjoy the ocean view. The view from this unit is well worth the price, you have to see it to enjoy it.

Our unit has a connecting door to the studio efficiency that can be rented as separate units .

Normal Check-In time is usually 3 pm and the Check-out time is usually 11 am. Earlier Check-In time can be arranged as long as there is no back to back booking.

Once you have your Key Box Code you can go directly to your condo unit. There is no Check-in desk.

Just a reminder, by HOA RULES no items (e.i. Towels, shirts, banners, etc.) are permitted on or hanging from the balconies. Also no items are to be left in the hallways.

Seasonal pool wrist bands will be required for the summer season so we need to know the exact number of persons in your party. Children under 6 yrs old or younger are not required to wear bands. Please let us know how many children and their ages. Thank you.

Guest has access to the main resort building and all it's amenities and the beach. You will need your key card to access some of the guest facilities during and after normal hours.

The Resort also has a secured multilevel parking garage that is accessible using your Key Card.

I will contact the guest to provide Key Box code or provide them any assistance they may need.

Bed sheets and towels will be provided unless other arrangements have been made. Key Box at unit will have your keys and Key Box Code will be provided when you arrive. You have free use of the key box during your stay. Please let us know if you need bathroom supplies or extra towels.

Temporary parking passes will be provided for the length of your stay, please let us know how many vehicle are coming.

Please don't use the room towels on the beach. These towel are more expensive and harder to replace than the beach towels.

Please bring or buy your own beach towels or beach chairs. We have no extra storage space.
