Relax in this pleasant house on the Dubrovnik Riviera that offers a Mediterranean experience with a view of the sea and the Elafites: Lopud and Šipan, which you can reach by speedboat in 10-15 minutes from beautiful Brsečine beach, within 15 min walking distance. In the hinterland you have a local road, suitable for jogging,... Place is 25 min drive from the Old Town. Near by, you have the opportunity to visit the peninsula Pelješac and explore the gastronomic offerings and the walls of Ston.

The ambiental facility is entered through the entrance from the private parking lot. The entrance to the building starts at a spacious and beautiful courtyard with a view of the sea and the islands, which includes a heated swimming pool with deckchairs for sunbathing and an outdoor kitchen. From the courtyard, you enter the ambient living room with dining room and kitchen. The rooms are located on the first floor, accessible by stairs. All rooms have a view of the sea and a private bathroom.

Guests have at their disposal 3 parking spaces and a large private yard with a swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. The building has a living room with a dining room and a kitchen with a view of the sea and optical high-speed internet. All three rooms are located on the first floor and all have a view of the sea and a private bathroom within their own private area. One room with a private bathroom has a separate entrance from the yard to the first floor, and the other two rooms are accessed by stairs from the living room. The extra bed is located upstairs in the small living room and has dimensions of 160*200 cm.
