My place is down town St. John's, located in the heart of the centre of arts and culture, great views, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of great location, view down Jellybean Row, metres from ice cream parlour and Bannerman Park. It has a private deck, two fireplaces, wide hallway, spacious, washer/dryer, Queen bed, the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighbourhood, the light, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
Great location, private deck, view of signal Hill, perched on top of classic Jellybean Row housing streets, Located in the downtown and in a very historical area. It is meters away from an ice cream shop, Café, large city park. The apartment has great laundry facilities and plenty of space for cooking with a par stock of spices and utensils for great meals. Big screen TV and lots of great light.

- Parking: For your convienence we have a parking pass that you can use during your stay at the Queen’s Road Suites. This pass can only be used in residential parking zones as per signage ( As long as you display your Parking pass in the front windshield). THIS PASS MUST BE LEFT BEHIND AT CHECKOUT OR A $200 FEE APPLIES. Please let us know if you'll be needing one. There is no smoking in the suites. Fire Place: If you use the fire place please ensure the wood is far back in the fire place to avoid being smoked out. Most corner stores and gas stations sell fire logs and wood. There could be someone below you and above you. If you have troubles with noise, don't hesitate to call. Equally it goes without saying that you be respectful and be careful with noise.
- There is a grocery store nearby, Sobey’s on Merrymeeting Road which also houses a liquor store, as well as a large city park called Bannerman Park. For all the excitement that downtown St. John’s has to offer you are within walking distance. There is a restaurant 50 feet from the building called Hungry Heart Cafe, coffee shops abound within a few blocks, and a corner store/ice cream shop within metres. We own a Live Musical Theater for a dinner and show just one block away at 6 Cathedral Street.
