This luxury 2 bedroom ensuite apartment is close to Morzine town centre, the Super Morzine Ski Lift is 350 m, Bus Routes to Linderets & Prodains ski lifts. Shops, Bars & Restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk. You’ll love the apartment because of the fantastic views across to the Pleney Slope, Nyon and to Roc Enfer, the location, layout of the apartment, modern fittings & furnishings & the feeling of spaciousness. The accommodation is good for couples and families. Summer or winter vacation.

Boendet
The apartment was completely renovated in autumn 2014 ready for the ski season starting December 2014. The apartment now benefits from modern design and fittings throughout - a complete contrast to many other apartments in the Alps. Great living space designed on an 'L' shaped layout with fantastic views to the south and west at the front and side and at the rear to the mountains. 180 degree panoramic windows in the living area.

Guests have full use of the apartment and there is a cave for the storage of ski equipment in winter and cycles in summer.

Lift to the Third Floor for those tired legs after skiing or walking in the mountains or MTB legs!!

Please note that bed linen and towel packs are an optional extra and can be provided at a cost of £25.00 per person. (The packs include bed linen and pillow cases and a bath and hand towel per person and a bath / shower mat). It would help if you could confirm your bed linen requirement when sending your initial enquiry and the numbers of guests. Clearly trying to include the cost of linen in the rental rate is not appropriate as we may have 1 or 2 guests or 5 or 6 guests. The rates charged are equitable as they relate directly to each specific rental!!

There is a raclette appliance in the kitchen.

The rental rate is based on 4 people staying in the apartment. There will be an additional charge of £15.00 per night each for additional guests.

Please note that Check-in time is 16.00 hours and Check-out time is strictly 10.00 am, unless agreed in advance.

The local tax de sejour is 1.20p per night per adult over 18 years of age. This as an additional cost and is collected by Airbnb and passed onto the Morzine Mairie.

Car parking is available at the apartment on a private car park.

The local area is quiet and peaceful, but within 3 minutes walking distance of the town centre, ski lifts (3 minutes) and the leisure facility directly below.
