Ciao Fabian, thank you for the honest statement and i' m sorry if some things were not es expected. i will answer in english because the answer migt be of interest for other guests too. the matrace is top of the line from a scandinavian label, 700 € ,GOLD S 70 (Website hidden by Airbnb) has 9 different layers, with multipocket springs and 7 different zones of springs, with eco friendly materials (bamboo fiber, coco layer)where possible. it has a soft, and medium side, when turned around. the linnen is 100% cotton. all bought just 2 monts ago, as i finished the apartment. sorry i didn't explain it to you because you are from italy but to the northeners i always explain how the shutters work. you have to shut them so both wings meet and fix them with the rope. then leave the windows open. nobody can see inside and you have an air circulation. its true if you close windows and door, there is no air flow. sorry for not explaining it but i also asked please to call me if there is any problem. i really want everybody to fee confi in our place. my great grandmother, whose house this was, and us, have always been sleeping even with open shutters for 20 years, with no problem. i understand that the idea of privacy and security is always a personal feeling. its true the fans are a little loud but when you put them on speed 1 they are not louder than the aircon. i installed connections for aircon. did 4 nights of test sleeping and decided not to put the aircon. the 60 cm thick stone walls preserve pleasant temperature in a great natural way. there is a ventilation hole in the sleeping room above te bed for air flow. the truth is, when we renovated the top apartment and put wooden floor, in croatia you couldn't by specific soundproof material for floors. we insulated it as well as possible but you are right, when people walk above it can be heared downstairs. the sleeping room seiling is concrete and above it the kitchen, with terracotta tiles. there you shouldn't hear steps. i will take care to explain more to the guests, about the air flow situation and find out what i can do about the floor insulation now. thanks for your comments, all the best, dejan.
