Thanks, Gautam, we appreciate the feedback. There's a few items I can certainly address.
The stove was purchased, new, one year prior to your stay. We had a family staying for Thanksgiving, and took the opportunity to upgrade--the previous range and oven was one of the apartment-sized ones, and we bought a full-sized. The family that rented Rancho for Thanksgiving in 2016 said it met their needs well.
In order to preserve the natural beauty of the mountain that Rancho sits on, signs and lighting are pretty restricted, and so the house can be tricky to find. We provide multiple maps in the initial packet of information, and are adding a light to the "Rancho Relaxo" sign to make it easier.
Around half of our guests bring small children, and most find it larger than anticipated. We have multiple baby gates and a pack and play available. Although the cabin is rustic, and so sound can travel, usually the smallest children stay downstairs with their parents. The downstairs bedroom is adjoined by a TV room and a bathroom, and very rarely do young families wake others in the house. In fact, every bedroom in the house has a bathroom.
The house is restocked after every stay with at least 8 rolls of toilet paper. I'm not sure how many rolls of paper towels are on offer, but we tend to provide a bunch of dishtowels, since those can be reused and are more sustainable.
In case of emergency, the property management team has people who live within about 10 minutes of the house. If problems crop up during a stay, they are resolved promptly.
