We regret that we weren’t able to satisfy Steve’s expectations, we hope all our guests can be comfortable. We have taken on his feedback to make our home more pleasurable for future guests.
As Steve has pointed out, during his stay the glassware was suitable for a group of 3 such as themselves, but not for a larger group. Following this feedback, we have increased the glassware stocked at all times and can ensure we always provide enough utensils for all groups that stay with us.
Steve was unhappy that we had provided 4 towels for the 3 of them, so I did immediately offer to provide extra towels at a hire price delivered to the property the next business day.
The jets for the spa are not turned on 24/7, they need to be switched on when used. We apologise that you Steve wasn’t aware of this. It is true that the spa is not heated, and with this understanding we will make a not of it in the description.
We were not made aware at any point that Steve’s group were running low on toilet paper, or would have provided as we always do.
Yes, when outside the house on the balcony you can hear faint car sounds. We apologise for not having mentioned this beforehand. No guests have previously complained about this, most of our feedback about the balcony is just to say that the view of the ocean is stunning!
