Your hosts, Simon and Hehlee (Haylee) look forward to as much or as little interaction as you like and are available to offer local tips and advice if guests desire. Simon has done a lot of camping in the area, including a successful end to end Larapinta Trail walk and Hehlee is a bit of an expert on good coffee and eats around Alice. We also have a very friendly brown&tan female kelpie who would love to go for a walk with you if you enjoy interaction with dogs.

My wife and I are positive 'outdoorsy' people who love Alice Springs and the lifestyle and challenges it offers. I manage the local swimming pool and Hehlee is a registered nurse. We have been living here for the past three years, although I did grow up in Alice Springs also. Our interests include running, camping, bush walking, rock climbing, gardening and cooking. If the weather is bad a good book, movie or jigsaw puzzle suffice. Between us, we've traveled to Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Thailand, UK, Kenya, South Sudan and New Zealand and think one of the best things in Alice is meeting people from all over Australia and the world who come to visit. Hopefully we'll have the privilege of meeting you soon!
