Be among the first to stay in this newly available, completely upgraded, stunning home in the Tahoe Keys. There is so much to love about the comforts within, views outside, and areas surrounding this home.
With 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this home has comfortable sleeping and dining for up to 9 family members including children and is most suitable for 1 or 2 families (8 adults maximum if couples, 5 adults maximum if any mix of couples and singles).

As you enter this 2-story split-level home, walk upstairs to find the connected living room, dining room, and kitchen area -- all with brand new furnishings. You can also access to the balcony and rooftop from this level.

The living room contains plenty of seating to gather your loved ones, sit back, relax, and take in the spectacular outside views from the sliding glass doors or dining alcove. Or enjoy a movie or sporting event on the HDTV with dozens of sports channels, HBO, Showtime, Disney plus more, as well as Apple TV. This room has a Blu-ray player and surround sound to immerse yourself in the TV/movie watching experience. (The fireplace in this room is decorative and non-functional—but no worries, there is central heating to keep you cozy).

Beside the living area, you will find the spacious kitchen and dining area. There is dining for up to 9 between the 6 seats at the dining table and additional 3 seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen contains plenty of cookware and space for you to prepare a gourmet meal for your family and friends. The open layout of the kitchen, dining, and living areas will make you feel like you’re never missing a moment as you chat with everyone while cooking. A convenient 1/2 bath is located in the living room too.

The upstairs level also contains the large master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, HDTV with cable plus surround sound, and a bay window. The master bathroom has a shower, jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, 2 sinks, and plenty of vanity space.

The ground level of the home has an additional living area with couches for all, HDTV with cable and Apple TV, DVD player, AV system, and access to the backyard and private boat dock through the sliding glass doors. The living area has a queen-sized Murphy bed for additional sleeping space. (The pellet fireplace is decorative and non-functional, but adds a lovely mountain charm).

The ground level also has 2 large bedrooms, 1 with a queen sized bed and the other with a full and a twin bed. The downstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and each are equipped with an HDTV connected to cable.

Outside the sliding glass door on the upper level you will fall in love with the rooftop balcony accessed by a spiral staircase from the living room balcony. The rooftop has a hot tub, dining table, and chairs all with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and waterway below.

Outside the sliding glass door on the lower level, you will be able to access the backyard and boat dock. The private boat dock has room for you to bring a 24' boat, and more space to park jet skis or other water toys.

The home comes with 2 kayaks and 1 stand up paddle board and a surfboard with paddle that is ideal for kids.

You can enjoy free high-speed WiFi and a deluxe TV package with HBO, Showtime, Disney, dozens of sports channels, and more throughout the home.

Located in the highly desirable Tahoe Keys community, this allows you to purchase an amenities pass for full access to the seasonal outdoor pool, year round heated indoor pool, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, playground, and the Tahoe Keys private beach.

The home has direct access to the lake from the backyard dock, is just 10 minutes to world class skiing at Heavenly, and only 7 miles to Stateline casinos and shopping in Heavenly Village.

Parking: this home has parking for 3 cars, 2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway.
