The apartment is located very central in Prenzlauer Berg, close to the well-known Kastanienallee, Kollwitzplatz, Mauerpark and the Wall memorial. Despite the central location it is very quit. The apartment offers high comfort with generous rooms and a own garden. Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt are away only two stops with underground or tram. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located around the corner.

We offer a 180 square meter large cozy apartment over two floors and high comfort. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very spacious and open living area plus an own garden. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Gästers tillgång
We use this flat ourselves when there are no guests. Hence, there will also be some private stuff in the flat. Guests can use the three bedrooms, the large living room and the two bathrooms. We only rent out when we are not there, i.e., guests have the flat for themselves then.

The apartment is centered in the lively area Prenzlauer Berg next to the well known Kastanienallee, that invites you to stroll around in between numerous of hip shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Despite the central location the apartment is very quite, situated in a nice and welcoming courtyard with an own garden and a little playground for your kids. Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt can be reached with only two stops by underground (U2) or Tram (M1). The well known Kollwitzplatz, which offers a very nice market on saturday with local products, can be reached in about a ten minute walk. Mauerpark with its famous flee market, Karaoke and other attractions on sunday is only a couple of minutes to walk, as well as the Berlin Wall memorial. A lot of shopping opportunities are around the corner with different supermarkets, whole food markets and a bakery is located next to the apartment.
