We are very sad to see Afsaneh didn't read our listing details, although we are not surprised. Her communication prior to booking was poor and confusing, including multiple times where we had to repeat our responses to her - not to mention she submitted a booking request for 5 nights and then later offered us LESS than the 5 night rate for an available week long unit. We feel strongly her review is suspect. She claims cleaning was not provided everyday. How many Airbnb listings have DAILY CLEANING included? At this timeshare there is a mid week tidy clean, plus guests have the option to pay for full cleanings AND guests may request fresh towels and linens for free. She states there was no beach access due to construction. In the "Other things to note" we disclose this, so to complain about something which she should have known about is very sad on her part. She claims there is no room service, however there is in fact room service during the hours the restaurant is open. In the Private Feedback for Accuracy, she claims the wifi amenity was missing. HELLO this resort has complimentary wifi included with high speed wifi available for a fee. She also claimed the Cleanliness could be better in the areas of towels, linens, and bathroom. We completely do not understand why she could legitimately feel this way since a call to Housekeeping, or quite frankly sending a PM to us to clarify any uncertainty, should have helped her understand whom to call for complimentary replacement towels/linens OR using the laundry facility to wash anything she desired ... We feel Afsaneh was unhappy about how much the lodging cost, which was during a very high demand season - the highest demand in over ten years, and no matter where she ended up she would have been unhappy because the lodging cost substantially more than she wanted to pay. Quite frankly, we feel strongly that the ONLY reason she booked with us was because NO ONE ELSE was offering a unit for less money which was anywhere near the attractiveness of this unit and the timeshare facilities. Also, we have noticed that people who tend to give negative reviews are people, like Afsaneh, who negotiate prices. We do not like negative reviews when they are not justified, I suppose it is time we initiate a policy where if a guest asks to negotiate price then we will now decline to rent to them.
