First I wanted to mention that we started this listing with Airbnb at the end of February this year, and since then, thankfuly got great response from the public. As a result, we got quite a few bookings, and 75% of our reviews were 5 star reviews, and you can check this by going through them right here. Dominique is painting an inaccurate picture of our place and our responsivness as hosts and our integrity. This review is completely misleading, written with the clear intention of negatively impacting us for one reason or another. It was written by someone who is used to getting her ways, and does stop at nothhing to get what they want. And all this after getting a whole refund and never staying at our place, which is what she chose to do and wanted. We hope everyone who comes to my page and listing will be open minded enough to also read through all the other reviews as well as all the 5 stars reviews we got recently this year, since we started listing through AIRBNB. None of the clean and water allegation are true. I had a group of guests leaving earlier the same day Dominique s group arrived, who provided a 5 star review here below. After they left and before Dominique s arrival, my cleaning crue spent 3 hours getting the room turned over and ready, including the replacing with clean sheets and towels. Noone provided us with proof of her claims. We also sent our cleaning crue right away to check the issues. They went to check and said it was untrue and room was "clean and ready to go" all including sheets were cleaned, smelled like cleaned and looked like clean. We also had our maintenance crue go and check the claims of water issues. Although crue rather do the work than not, they said that everything was in good shape and no leaks were found in bathroom nor kitchen. Our studio was therefore not cleaned out after Dominique's party, since they left without staying, and was nothing further to be done to it. When the next party arrived, I asked them if there were any cleaniliness issues and they said everything was OK, same place, some condition as previously seen by Dominique. The only true statement in her allegations is that the water stop in bathroom think had come loose. The water stopper is there to stop water, so it being loose meant the oposite to what she is claiming in her statement above of water not going down. I find it still hard to believe that this person is allowed to lie as she does, gets a full refund, does not stay to enjoy all the good our place and its location have to offer, and on top of that is allowed to leave such a vicious review for everyone to see. We sugest to hosts to stay away from her as a guest. Extremely high maintenance guests that are used to getting her way no matter by what means are no good to anyone in airbnb. We think she should be staying at 5 star all inclusive resorts with 24/7 attention, and has realy no place into private person's home. In regards to the claims about not calling back, I have called her 4 times within minutes after receiving a text from her that said the room not clean. Not only did she not answer any of the calls, she never return my phone call. Never the less, we proceeded to contact my cleaning crue. I did not know she had left already nor what was going on as she was not communicating. I usually do not like to complain about guest, but this one did ended up not being a guest, and has been very dishonest in her remarks to airbnb and here, so we felt we needed to respond. By the way, all this was done the day right around new YEARs Eve and NEW YEAR s day. We had plans originally for us to use our summer place, I wish we would have done it!
