This is a three -level property including 4 decent sized bedrooms, where you can enjoy the amazing waterview and relax during your stay .
From the front door, you can get access to the first floor where has combined lounge/dining room leading onto the generous size undercover entertaining area, mordern kitchen, and a seperate laundry with rear access to the backyeard.
Walking upstairs towards the mid-floor, there are 3 equal-sized bedrooms and a seperate toilet and showeroom.
Making your way to the top level, you will find the 2nd lounge room and main master bedroom features walk-in-robe and ensuite.
Guest has a full access to all facilities and free WIFI with login details on each floor.

No smoking inside the house and no pets.
Max 12 guests: The house can only accommodate maximum 10 people who are all booked guests.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the house. Please remove all cigarette butts from the external areas of the property before check-out. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of AU$50, which is deducted from the bond at end of booking.
No Parties: No parties and loud music are allowed. Please kindly respect our lovely neighbours because they also deserve a quiet enjoyment of their homes.
Min Noise: If any noise complaints are received from the neighbours, the full bond will automatically forfeited by the guests. Please note all councils in NSW have strict noise laws at night and heavy fines apply, payable by the guests.
Tidy Kitchen: Please clean up the oven, cooking top, rangehood, microwave and all other kitchenware and dishes after use. The breach of the rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of AU$200.
No Pets: No PETS are invited in any cases.
Safety: It is always the guests’ responsibility to look after their belongings and safety of themselves, children and seniors. Host is not liable for any loss or damage (including theft) to belongings and personal injury or death during the booking, because the host only provides accommodation and services as the guests requested.
Forgotten Items: If any personal items are left behind at the property after check-out, guests must be picked up by themselves from the property at a time convenient to the host. No items left behind can be posted/couriered back to the guests, no exceptions.
Rubbish Removal: Guests are responsible for removing all rubbish from the property and ensuring it is placed in the council bins provided. If there is rubbish that doesn't fit into the council bins provided the guest is responsible for removing this from site in its entirety (not left inside the property or on the street). Additional rubbish must not be left on the street outside the property as this can result in a fine from the local council, which is payable by the guest.
Tuesday Bin Collection: All guests must put the bins out on Indra Rd for council collection at the end of their booking (or on a Tuesday evening if a stay overlaps with a Tuesday evening) so that the bins are cleared for the next guest. Failure to do so will require the owner to hire a private company to remove the rubbish so the next guests have space in the council bins for their rubbish.
NOTE: Failure to comply with these directives on rubbish will result in an automatic fee of $500, payable by the guest, deducted from the bond.
