Mr. Ramesh, Your Review is incomplete and the truth must be shared. The truth is I had disgusting Airbnb Guests checking out the same day the Chandra's were checking in leaving me only a 3 hour window to turn the property around. Due to the cancellation policy on the Airbnb platform, I could not cancel Mr. Ramesh's reservation without penalty and if Mr. Ramesh canceled he would Only receive 50% refund. I only found out 3 hours before Mr. Ramesh's arrival the deplorable condition the Airbnb guests left my condo. Arun was made aware of the situation and was free to cancel. I agreed to keep the reservation if I would not receive a bad review because None of this was my Fault. With Arun's permission, My team and I worked miracles in 3 hours to prepare for your arrival after the check out of Airbnb guests left my condo in an unrecognizable state, as well as many items stolen. I had to replace EVERYTHING and Mr. Ramesh and his Wife were the first to enjoy All New Everything and they were very pleased they wanted to extend there stay. I bent myself into a pretzel to make sure the Chandra's were Happy. I stand by my review on the Chandra's they were Excellent, Patient and Understanding guests while working through unforeseen issues from our former Airbnb guests in whom we have an open claim with Airbnb. I would definitely hosts the Chandras again. They are a Lovely Husband and Wife team and have a wonderful son Arun whom I stayed in constant communication with while remedying the issues. I hate to be blamed for the deplorable actions of others. It's not fair. Please let it be stated for anyone viewing my property if there is any issue my staff and I will go above and beyond to correct the issue. The Chandra's can agree to my statement.
