1 Broomfield Hall is the main part of a charming, eccentric Georgian house set in lovely gardens with a magnificent Copper Beech and Cedar of Lebanon. It is a peaceful haven for writers and artists, as well as a friendly space to bring family and friends together. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you can see Glastonbury Tor from your bedroom or walk for many miles across the rolling Quantock hills. All are welcome to the land of Coleridge, Wordsworth, cream teas and Exmoor ales!
The space, the sense of peace, the setting and the beauty of this old building - all make Broomfield Hall unique.
A private sitting room with woodburning stove is available to guests, as well as the private garden. The kitchen is sometimes available by negotiation; the area has many pubs nearby for food and drink. Parking outside for 2 cars.

Great walks, woods, bike rides and coast on the doorstep
I am a writer who has lived in Broomfield Hall for the past 30 years with my partner and family. I love walking, gardening, reading and cooking. I've travelled all over the world for my work but still love Somerset best!
