Pelham Court Hotel offers nine, luxury downtown condominium units. Our units are finished to the highest of standards. Each condominium offers spacious living areas and fully equipped stainless steel kitchens with beautiful granite countertops. Each room is equipped with Smart TV's for use of Netflix, Prime, Hulu and others. We are steps from Thames Street and Broadway. You are able to park your vehicle for free and never have to drive again until you check out.

We are a unique designed hotel that is capable of long stays in the offseason that provides every essential amenity or your vacation during the Spring, Summer and Fall that will leave you with accessibility to all of Newport's famous offerings. We are dog friendly, offering 1 dog per room for a $50 per stay fee.

I am the General Manager of a beautiful Boutique Hotel and Inn. I recently married the love of my life and I enjoy my time off being with her and our two dogs, Angie and Diamond. I have the most amazing team that provides the most professional and personal services that excel our business to the next level. We can not live without coffee, laughter, family, pets and friends. When you stay with us, you will always hear sounds of laughter and practical jokes that create a friendly experience which is infectious to be around. Newport is special, in that it is able to be home to prominent business women and men, artist, nurses, fishermen and human service individuals. Without this eclectic mix, Newport would not be what it is today.

Check in is at 3 pm or after. We do not currently offer early check ins due to covid-19. We encourage you to ask just in case we have the availability. We ask all guests to be checked out by 11 am.
