Hello Ms Stefanie! Regarding your concern, like what I had informed po in my messages to you, my staff went on the unit that night po and he texted you but got no reply . He sent out 2 text messages asking if you are in the unit, since he did not get a reply po, and after ringing the intercom in the unit, we arranged the building maintenance to visit you in the unit as well. The building maintenance updated us that night also that after serveral attempts of doorbelling, there was no response po.
The grease trap was cleaned once every month, before you check in, my staff did a cleaning again in the grease trap. Like what can be seen in the photos that you sent, the grease trap was clean. We arranged a building maintenance to check the grease trap if there was leak or a problem, but they did not find one.
We also asked the next guest, who stayed in the unit after you, if the grease trap is smelly and they said no it was not.
Regarding the broken fan, it was not reported to us po during your stay.
Regarding the check in and check out, we do have a standard early check in and check out po that we follow as our staff needs time to prepare and clean the unit for our guest's check in. Thank you and have a nice day!
