This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, second floor unit in Poinciana Place in Miramar Beach. Poinciana Place Condominiums is located just minutes from public beach access to the emerald green waters and sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico, with well maintained landscaping. This is a great little condo within walking distance to the beach, and very close to world-class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses, which is what makes this area a vacation destination.

Boendet
The condo has recently been completely renovated with new paint, and furnished with all new furniture & artwork. Full of great natural light, entertaining is a breeze in the open-flow Kitchen area with Breakfast Bar and Living Room.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The Guest Bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area, along with a Daybed in the Hallway. A stackable washer/dryer is another added convenience.
