extremely clean, completely sanitized private bedroom + private bathroom + upstairs loft. We live in a townhome with two bedrooms and the master bedroom is downstairs so no one will go upstairs when you're staying there. (I will update pictures later) but the bedroom has a queen bed, and a closet. Bathroom is fully stocked so you won't need to worry about the essentials (bring your own shampoo if you use a special kind though).
Boendet
no major cooking allowed, but full access to coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and stove top.
you'll be basically having the entire upstairs level for yourself.

The most important thing to mention here is that you will have access to an extremely clean and brand new (1-2 months old) mattress that no one ever uses. you will have sheets and covers and obviously pillows.
washer/dryer/iron/TV (in the living room downstairs). plenty of parking space. fast WIFI access. hot water. Heat/AC (independent thermostat upstairs).
bathroom is stocked with essentials: soap, towels, toilet paper. Some shampoo but please bring your own if you have a specific one you prefer to use.

very safe neighborhood. Cul-de-sac area. Family-oriented environment. a 10 minute drive from downtown Winston Salem, 10 minutes from the Hanes Mall area. But you will need a car (or uber) because Winston Salem public transportation does not reach the area.
