At the top of a hill just 2 miles from Frazier Ave, is a Treehouse with a cozy bed, full kitchen, full bathroom and a private balcony perfect for watching the leaves fall. Have your coffee on the balcony, get dressed at the vanity and drive or bike to any downtown or Frazier Ave activity y'all are into. Come "home" from your busy day to a cozy couch for Netflix (Hulu, Prime & HBO) and chilling. We are a tech friendly house, complete with Amazon Echos. The Treehouse is peace with no pretention.
This is a comfy space for the solo, a couple or a couple of friends. The proximity to the hip places in a quiet neighborhood is hard to beat. The Treehouse is called such due to the room sized and covered private balcony on stilts. It's a hideaway close to Frazier and just on a few minutes to Signal or Lookout Mountain. The heat/ac are controlled by remote and there is a fan, an echo and a TV in each room. This is a spa-like but high tech smarthome with built in kitties. Armstrong is the big orange boy cat. Eartha Kitten is the little Calico girl. They love to meet new people and dog friends.
This is my home and I do live here, when not traveling. When traveling, I have help hosting.
Make a cup of coffee in a real cup with a Keurig or French press. Cuddle on the couch with a basket full of blankets. Cook with real pots and pans. The whole place is yours.

I'll check with you the day before you get here to see if anything in particular needs to be in the house. During the day, since Armstrong and Eartha live here, I will be coming by to tend to them. When I do, I will 100% let you know at least an hour before I get there. If you are alright with giving the fur babies fresh water and food, I'll skip the trip. Just let me know either before you get in, or when I text to let you know that I will be by. Thank you.

Armstrong and Eartha Kitten will be your hosts. They love to meet new people and dog friends. They are feline and get up on furniture and counter spaces. I do not endorse the barbaric action of declawing cats. If you would prefer for them to not be in the house, message me and we can do some moderation at additional costs.
Please do not park on the far right spot. The Treehouse has a an upstairs neighbor, Bill the Stomper (Who is territorial of his parking spot). Although Bill is seldomly home (and truly wonderful), he can be loud when coming in from his job. If he ballet danced across the floor, it would still sound impressively loud.
You may hear dog barking in the night. I find it quieter than my suburban home as there aren't any ambulances because you are high on a hill.
- Please smoke on the balcony. :)
